How to submit an order
We mainly receive digital STL, PLY and OBJ files by email. Include the material, restoration type, quantity, shade where applicable and partner contact details.
The CAD/CAM center mainly accepts production-ready files. CAD design is discussed case by case and is not automatically included.
Do not include personally identifiable patient information in the initial enquiry.
Production and shipping
Production takes 24–48 hours on working days, from file approval and order confirmation to dispatch. Additional services may extend this period as stated in the price list and order confirmation.
Dental laboratory turnaround is agreed individually for each collaboration and case.
Courier shipping within Romania and internationally. Availability, cost and transit time are confirmed for each destination. Shipping is calculated separately from production.
